Melissa Sogavo

Melissa was a 1st year Master's student at Adler University in Chicago, IL. As an Associate Producer, Melissa was tasked with researching, content creation, and laying the foundation for the development of future episodes. She was excited about being a part of, and learning more about, racial reconciliation. Melissa was also very eager to bring awareness towards racism, and all of the issues involved with that. So, when given this opportunity, and the chance to make changes, Melissa joined the Show's production team again, for the Winter/Spring of 2021!
Christine Krumsee

Christine was a 1st year student at Adler University where she was then studying in Counseling Art Therapy, and is also participating in the University's Social Justice Practicum program. She was highly interested in bringing forth change and helping people empathize with a certain problem, so that it set the foundation for change. Her desire to counsel others, help others, and bring forth change; was her ultimate dream in life! With her desire, and enthusiasm towards change; Christine joined the Show's production team again, for the Winter/Spring of 2021!
Bobby Murphy

Bobby has been a NxGen Media Intern and technical production lead for the Justice Beat Talk Show. He was a senior of Missouri St. Louis, and was then majoring in Media Studies. Bobby has been dedicated to the Show's production team, and been a part of the team, since January 2020. and also joined the team for the Winter/Spring 2021!
Nicholas Marselle

Associate Producer

Arts in Psychology / Clinical Psychology
Nicholas is a graduate from Bradley University, with a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology, and was currently a 1st year student at Adler University's Doctorate of Clinical Psychology program. He hopes to use his degrees to treat children and adolescents with neurodevelopment disorders, such as ADD and ADHD. He was excited, and looked forward to, being able to get a hands-on experience with the Show. Nicholas is a native Chicagoan, and in hopes of helping others, he joined the Show's production team for the Winter/Spring of 2021!
Asia Hall

Clinical Psychology / Behavioral Medicine
Asia was an Adler University student who was matriculating in the Doctoral Clinical Psychology program, with an emphasis on Behavioral Medicine. Asia has a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Interpersonal Communications. She was excited about this program and what it stands for, as she felt that it is directly aligned with with social justice. She also felt personally aligned with this particular program, because she has significant experience with incarcerated loved ones. So with her excitement, and her enthusiasm, Asia joined the Show's production team for the Winter/Spring of 2021!
Michaela Siddle

Michaela was a senior at University of Missouri St. Louis, where she was working towards a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media Studies and Minors to the Art. She was extremely excited to be a part of a team who spoke out on criminal justice, and empowering others. She had looked to gain knowledge, as well as more skills, that would help her to become a true asset to the team. So, in doing that, Michaela joined the Show's production team for the Winter/Spring of 2021!
Claire Reiser

Claire was a student at Adler University in Chicago, IL, where she was pursuing her masters in Art, Therapy, and Counseling. Her goal was to help make an impact in the world itself, as well as in social reform. Claire is very passionate about the incarcerated population, and what she can do to help make a change. And so, in doing what she could to help; Claire joined the Show's production team for the Winter/Spring of 2021!
Reginald Carter

Associate Producer - JB Youth Show

Sport and Human Performance / Rehabilitation Counseling
Reginald lived in Houston, TX and was a graduate student at Adler University. He was then participated in a duel degree program, studying Sport and Human Performance, and also Rehabilitation Counseling. Reginald also worked as a Juvenile Supervision officer, and was really excited about being able to help kids who were incarcerated! He had hoped to become more knowledgable himself, and hoped to hep others become more knowledgable of the issues this world was facing. And so in doing this, Reginald joined the Show's production team for the Winter/Spring of 2021!
Alyssa Upchurch

She was very interested in being able to work with the population of families of those incarcerated. Rachel Schnelle

Rachel was a Radio Convergence Media Major, and a junior, at the University of MO's School of Journalism. She was extremely excited to be a part of this team, and looked forward to being able to create and produce stories for the Show itself. So, as Rachel brought professionalism, enthusiasm, and knowledge about a newsroom, to her role as Digital Content Creator, she joined the Show's production team for the Winter/Spring of 2021!
Ryan Hampton

Ryan was a senior TV & Film Maker at Howard University, and was from Dallas, Texas. He was excited to become a part of a team, that helped in bringing prison reform and social issues, to a social media platform. He also looked forward to learning more technical skills, and being able to contribute the skills he already possessed, to help build the websites up. He looked forward to learning, and becoming more involved with the Show! Ryan joined the Show's production team for the Winter/Spring of 2021!
